Aftercare and support

BurnerCare includes comprehensive aftersales support to make sure your process heating equipment delivers optimal long term results.

When it comes to keeping your combustion burner working as it should, we have designed BurnerCare to fulfil an array of needs in two key areas.

Urgent support

We know that burner issues can risk costly operational down time. To this effect, BurnerCare gives you access to urgent specialist technical support when you need it most.

  • Service engineers. Our experienced engineers are ACS-qualified and Gas Safe registered. With BurnerCare you’ll have peace of mind in our fast response callouts which aim to put an engineer on-site as fast as possible. Additionally, our team is qualified to use a range of auxiliary equipment such as mobile towers, scissor lifts and boom access lifts, meaning even hard-to-reach burner locations won’t be off limits.
  • 24 hour emergency cover. All service agreement holders are eligible for 24-hour burner breakdown assistance. In the event of a burner breaking down outside of our normal office hours, a telephone forwarding system will transfer you directly to the service engineer on call.
  • Telephone helpline. BurnerCare provides unrestricted access to all our expertise and guidance, much of which can be simply provided over the phone. Any support enquiry from service agreement holders will benefit from the full scope of our equipment, design and installation knowledge.

Scheduled support

Along with urgent breakdowns, BurnerCare also provides a range of planned support functions to keep your installation running as it should in the long run. Our servicing agreements are the most economic and reliable means of ensuring your gas burner installation performs year after year.

  • Maintenance plans. BurnerCare gives agreement holders a regular servicing and maintenance programme to keep burner performance, reliability and efficiency at the highest levels. Maintenance visits are typically set at intervals that suit both the process involved and the individual customer’s production schedules.
  • Consumables and parts. When signed up to a service agreement, customers can take advantage of a comprehensive supply of consumables and parts. Our extensive range of spares can be used in the upkeep and repair of both Lanemark and non-Lanemark burner systems alike, making it suitable to a wide range of applications.
  • Multilingual manuals. BurnerCare also provides access to burner operating manuals in a selection of languages. This ensures that complete guidance around a given burner unit is held in a readily accessible format on site, wherever that may be.

We have designed BurnerCare to provide the complete support service for any business that relies on their process heating combustion burner for its operational success.
