When it comes to getting the best maintenance, spares and emergency cover for your burner, we always recommend a Service Agreement.
What is a BurnerCare Service Agreement?
A Service Agreement is a contractual arrangement that means owners of both Lanemark and non-Lanemark burners and process heating solutions are able to access a range of more cost-effective benefits. Our Service Agreements typically cover a range of core benefits.
Maintenance
Under a Service Agreement, our engineers will organise scheduled visits to your facility, at a time that best suits your company production needs and limitations. Regular burner servicing is a great way to keep your process heating system running effectively and efficiently for years to come, as well as identifying problems early before they can post a greater risk to production.
Emergency call out
A BurnerCare service agreement gives customers access to 24-hour support, either through the team at our Nuneaton headquarters or an on-call engineer. The rapid response provided through BurnerCare means we’ll aim to get an experienced and fully qualified professional to your facility as quickly as possible, limited down time and inconvenient disruptions.
Spares and repairs
Our comprehensive catalogue of spare parts is available through BurnerCare, meaning a full repair can be carried out quickly, efficiently and at a discounted rate. Using high quality spares is recommended for the reliability and longevity of your gas burner.
