FAQs

What types of fuel do Lanemark burner systems support?

Our industrial burner systems are primarily designed for natural gas, propane and hydrogen. We offer specialised solutions for both new build projects and retrofitting existing systems to improve fuel efficiency.

What industries do Lanemark combustion systems serve?

We provide combustion engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors, including product finishing (metal and plastic), food and drink production, textiles, petrochemicals, and HVAC air heating applications.

Are Lanemark burners compliant with international safety standards?

Yes. All Lanemark systems are designed and tested to comply with relevant International Standard BS EN ISO 13577-2:2023 or NFPA 86 for US applications upon special request.

How do TX series immersion tube burners improve energy efficiency

The Lanemark TX series uses small diameter immersion tubes that fire directly into the process liquid. This method provides heat-to-liquid efficiency levels typically in excess of 80%, significantly reducing energy costs compared to traditional steam heating or external heat exchangers.

Can multiple TX burners be connected to a single exhaust system?

Yes. One of the key advantages of our TX system is the ability to connect multiple burner units to a common exhaust fan while maintaining individual burner control and optimal combustion performance. Another key advantage of the TX system is improved cost effectiveness.

What are the typical applications for Lanemark tank heaters?

Our tank heating systems are widely used in alkali/caustic degreasing, phosphating, anodising, industrial crate washing, and brewery wort copper heating.

Can Lanemark burners be used for direct fired food processing?

Yes, our FD and Midco air heating burners are designed for high cleanliness applications, including grain drying and food processing, where precise temperature control and low emissions are critical.

Does Lanemark provide burners for high-temperature petrochemical processes?

Yes. We offer specialised petrochemical burner systems, including the HC and KS series, designed for demanding applications such as ethylene cracking and ammonia reforming, meeting both high performance and stringent emission requirements.

What is included in the Lanemark BurnerCare package?

BurnerCare is our comprehensive support service. It includes professional installation, system commissioning and scheduled maintenance plans to ensure your combustion equipment operates at peak efficiency.

Where can I find spare parts for my Lanemark burner?

Lanemark maintains an extensive spare parts library. We can provide essential components for all our burner models, as well as parts for other major industrial burner manufacturers.

Can Lanemark burners be retrofitted into existing systems?

Yes, Lanemark specialises in retrofit burner upgrades, replacement of obsolete or inefficient burners and integration into existing plant and ductwork. Site surveys are typically carried out to ensure compatibility.

What makes Lanemark burners different from standard burner suppliers?

Unlike many competitors, Lanemark provides application specific engineering solutions with a strong focus on process performance, not just burner supply. We also provide direct access to experienced combustion engineers as well as a long term partnership approach with customers and distributors.

What level of support does Lanemark provide?

  • Technical consultation and design
