With a compact, self-contained design, Lanemark FDC burners are ideally suited to direct fired applications and offer key advantages that are at the heart of industrial oven design. Excellent turndown capability ensures efficient operation and enables every installation to match precise processing requirements.
Offering flexible, high turndown (gas-only) control for process air heating applications, convection ovens and dryers, each installation offers short flame profiles – recognised as extremely important for industrial oven design – while stable combustion results directly from the conical burner head design.
FDC burners incorporate a burner wind box, combustion air fan, manual sliding damper, compact mono-bloc gas valve train and controls so that every FDC installation is packaged to occupy minimum installation space. Each model incorporates a steel control box with a choice of either natural gas or propane fuel options to ensure that each installation meets the requirements of individual site applications.

Each FDC packaged burner includes:
a) Burner windbox
b) Combustion air fan
c) Manual sliding air adjustment damper
d) Compact monoblock valve gas valve train
e) Burner control panel
Standard control items include a burner controller, ignition transformer and differential air pressure switch. Two 3-way air valves perform safety checks on the air pressure switch in both open and closed modes each time the burner fires, allowing the independent operation of the combustion air fan in conjunction with oven/dryer main recirculation fans.
