The FDGA burner – which incorporates a combustion air fan – creates a genuine packaged option that can be readily mounted to the outside of air supply ducts. Featuring Lanemark’s highly innovative ‘Air Pressure Lead’ (APL) technology, all FDGA series burners offer an excellent combination of combustion efficiency and emissions control.
FDGA burners utilise Lanemark’s APL technology. Variable combustion air fan speed control combined with modulating mono-block gas valve technology ensures that safe and efficient gas/air ratios are maintained even under changeable plant operating conditions. Units offer a choice of operation on either natural gas or propane and are particularly suitable for direct fired operations.

Each FDGA packaged burner includes:

b) Combustion air fan
c) Manual sliding air adjustment damper
d) Compact monoblock air/gas regulator valve train
e) Burner control panel (including combustion air fan speed controller)
Standard control items include a burner controller, ignition transformer and differential air pressure switch. Two 3-way air valves perform safety checks on the air pressure switch in both open and closed modes each time the burner fires, allowing the independent operation of the combustion air fan in conjunction with oven/dryer main recirculation fans.
