Lanemark FDB-T series packaged burners provide versatile, high turndown (gas and air) control for process air heating applications such as convection ovens, dryers, and spray booths.
FDB burners offer an alternative short rectangular flame profile compared to the circular combustion output provided by the alternative FDGA range.
Like the FDGA burner range, FDB burners can incorporate Lanemark’s ‘Air Pressure Lead’ (APL) technology, so that all FDB series burners offer an excellent combination of combustion efficiency and emissions control and are especially suited to systems utilizing variable process airflows.
Variable combustion air fan speed control combined with modulating mono-block gas valve technology ensures that safe and efficient gas/air ratios are maintained even under changeable plant operating conditions. Units offer a choice of operation on either natural gas or propane and are particularly suitable for direct fired operations where short flame lengths are a priority.

Each FDB packaged burner includes:
a) Burner windbox
b) Combustion air fan (multiple internal duct/external duct mounting options available)
c) Manual air adjustment damper (if required)
d) Compact monoblock air/gas regulator valve train (Models: FDB01 – FDB06)
e) Burner control panel (including combustion air fan speed controller)
Standard control items include a burner controller, ignition transformer and differential air pressure switch. Two 3-way air valves perform safety checks on the air pressure switch in both open and closed modes each time the burner fires, allowing the independent operation of the combustion air fan in conjunction with oven/dryer main recirculation fans.
