Wire Production

The need to minimise energy usage is vitally important in the wire manufacturing industry.

Wire production requires the efficient utilisation of process heating energy throughout all stages of the manufacturing process and Lanemark TX burners are ideally suited to provide “point of use” heating within the pre-treatment tank stages such as degreasing, hot water rinsing, phosphating and the application of lime or borax coatings.

Operating on either natural or propane gas, Lanemark TX burners deliver from 45 kW to 1,150 kW heat input and, providing ‘point of use’ heating, are fitted directly to individual process tanks. Accurate temperature control of each process stage is maintained and TX burner systems offer a rapid response to changes in process demand – in marked contrast to alternative heating systems such as centrally generated steam, high pressure hot water and thermal oil systems.
